Chelsea win premier league for the second time in 3 years

Chelsea were crowned the premier league champions after they beat West brom 1-0 . Michy Batshuayi scored a late goal which was enough to give Chelsea their deserved title. However Batshuayi was the unlikely Hero as he anonymous through out the season, but scored a historic goal for the blues.

Antonio Conte has now tasted success in his first season in England. He'll be trying to make a double by clinching the FA Cup.

Atletico Madrid gives Vicente calderón an emotional farewell

Atléti fanboy Fernando Torres scored twice as Atléti won their last ever match at the Vicente calderón stadium. The atmosphere was electric before kickoff and as Fernando Torres struck a double in the first period, it was a fairy tale opening for Atléti family. Torres could not have written a better script.
